Today has agreed to be in two conversations I had to do with the importance ESF groups that own groups give talks in different areas (beyond anything positive to participate in giving lectures and forums for networking and transmitting problems, debate solutions or proposals to do things and get feedback):

That makes volunteering volunteering in those groups aware and able to go beyond organizing courses, preparing presentations or writing reports for funders (voluntary finalist and transforming, not just utilitarian type). You commented that it is important that the groups are systematically internal training sessions (times in thinking about the newer volunteers, but also serves veterans) where they talk about these issues and discussed various issues (philosophical, technical and others who are halfway). Even relying on people who were in ESF and now they are in day to day, but can make many things in a particular topic you want discussed.
- in another operating out something else: how can groups face talks? I put a great idea that emerged from the water group, to be encouraged to prepare for talks:
"The talks is something the whole group and is good to self to form. The beauty of the talks is to go alone and do not go" only against the world ". therefore propose to couples: someone with experience + new volunteer , and thus do Pareja 3. Each Pareja Tien to give a lecture, always assume the task in the same people and the talks is something the group. "
